“>The 2011 United States of America snowboard association championships are coming to Copper Mountain April 2-12.  USASA members compete in over 500 events nationwide hoping to qualify for the national championships.  Competitors range in ages from 7-70.  This is a chance to see some of the best Boarders in the country compete in the Superpipe, Slopestyle, Boardercross, Slalom and Giant Slalom over the 6 days of competition.  And it won’t cost you a dime.  Admission is free! 

The Championships, which is the largest snowboarding competition in the world returns to Copper where they’ve enjoyed huge success over the years, and this year promises even more.  For the first time ever, the Freeskier National Championships have been added to the show.  4 days of some of the most intense and competitive freeskiing you will ever see.  The finalists will compete in Superpipe, Slopestyle and Skiercross, and if you haven’t had the chance to witness the speed and excitement of Skiercross in person, you don’t know what you’re missing.
