Colorado, announced today their expansion into the luxury residence club business in Aspen, Colorado. The offerings include Aspen’s leading luxury condominium clubs including The Grand Hyatt Aspen, The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis Club.

Each condo is individually owned and transfers all the exclusive club ammenities to renters. Condos range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms while each complex provides its own unique location, ammenities and services.

The Hyatt Grand Aspen Residence Club combines elegant mountain-inspired interior themes that include finely crafted furniture, wood, granite and luxurious decor throughout each room. Some of the Hyatt Grand Aspen club condos, offered by Gondola Resorts, also include outdoor hot tubs. The club offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums, with various unique floor plans.

The Aspen Ritz-Carlton Residence Club, located at the base of Aspen Highlands ski resort, offers breathtaking views and ski/in ski/out access. Separate from the Ritz hotel,
the residence club condos are equipped with gourmet kitchens and expansive living rooms. This “Ritz-Village” offers ski runs for every type of skier while the villagecombines a special mix of authentic Western appeal.

The Aspen St. Regis Residence Club Condos offer 2-3 bedroom luxury condos in addition to platinum rated service and personal attention.
